At Source 4 Industries, family has always been at the heart of everything we do. Our story begins in 1948 when my grandfather, Arthur Schlauder, moved to Las Vegas and began working for a local machine shop and structural steel fabricator, Las Vegas Machine. Through hard work and determination, Grandpa Arthur eventually purchased the company and became its President and Owner.

In 1972, alongside my dad, Allyn Schlauder, they launched Bearing Sales, focusing on power transmission equipment. Over the years, they expanded into material handling and storage equipment, transforming the business into what is now Source 4 Industries—a full-service material handling provider. With my grandma, Janet Schlauder, ensuring smooth operations, our family business flourished, and we’re proud to say that it continues to thrive today.

Having grown up around the business, I started helping out at the shop when I was just 12 years old, learning the ropes and seeing firsthand the dedication my family has to this industry. Now, I manage the marketing side of things, while my dad, Allyn, remains our hardworking CEO, continuing to lead with the same energy and passion that has driven our success for decades.
